Dreamforce 2025 - Wayfound and Casper Studios Agentforce Session on Financial Services Agents

At Dreamforce 2025, Tatyana Mamut, CEO and Co-founder of Wayfound, joined Jay Singh, CEO of Casper Studios, in the Agentforce Pavilion for a breakout session to share how one financial services firm, Ardmore Road, turned AI adoption into measurable ROI within just 90 days.

With the rapid growth in agentic adoption, there are obviously concerns around agent risk management as those projects go live. For highly regulated industries like financial services, Mamut emphasized, “risk is one of the words that financial services really shies away from,” but the Ardmore Road case study proved that risk and reward can coexist when AI agents are deployed strategically.

Jay Singh introduced Casper Studios, his consulting firm that helps companies build external-facing AI products and implement AI into their business workflows. Their client, Ardmore Road — a New York-based hedge fund managing $1B AUM — relied heavily on corporate access conversations for investment insights.

Before automation, Singh explained, analysts were “downloading a bunch of PDFs, uploading them into ChatGPT… to say, ‘act like a hedge fund analyst.’” Each equity review “was taking anywhere between 45 to 60 minutes.”

Casper Studios’ solution reduced the total workflow time “around 10 to 15 minutes. Instead of a monolithic agent, Singh described a modular approach: “We built multiple modules, little mini agents behind the scenes.” 

When early adoption lagged, Singh discovered that “small errors… like formatting” were eroding trust. “If it didn’t format the right recommendation…the analysts wouldn’t want to use it.” Mamut added, “Those little issues actually made the analysts feel like, ‘oh, this thing isn’t working at all.’” 

Integrating Wayfound solved this by monitoring for guideline adherence and alerting the team when inconsistencies appeared. And with Wayfound making it easy for the analysts to query the agent’s reasoning, Wayfound helped restore confidence and accelerate adoption.

With Wayfound supervising every interaction, it eliminated manual log checking and unlocked major gains. Adoption climbed from 20% to 90%, saving 15 hours per analyst per week.

“They also have now 100% consistency,” Singh shared. “Every analyst was kind of their own artisan… now their firm is being represented in a much more positive way.”

As Mamut concluded, “Their investors are saying, ‘I’m hearing lots of hedge funds talk about AI agents, but you’re showing me how this actually works.’”
